          All guest rooms including bungalow of our resort is surrounding with tropical garden and the balcony facing to swimming pool and garden.

          All rooms feature air conditioning with individual temperature control, mini-bar, hairdryer, TV with cable TV channels, private electronic safe deposit box, IDD phone line system, additional phone connections for internet, tea and coffee making facilities, bathrobes, slippers, and all the guest rooms balcony eqipped with dinning table and chairs.

Child Policy
* Free of charge for the 1st child less than 12 yrs sharing room with parent existing bed & compulsory Breakfast 100.-THB per meal per child.
* Every child must be mentioned on reservation.
* Baby cot for baby who under 2 year of age is free ( subject to availability )
* Every child who needs extra bed has to pay for child's extra bed 450 THB including breakfast.

Conditions
* All Hyton Leelavadee Room Types are for 2 persons.Maximum of 1 extra bed per bedroom and maximum occupancy 3 persons per bedroom.
* Rates for Family Suite with Two Bedrooms are based on double occupancy and occupancy is 4 to 4+1 extra beds maximum..
* Wi-Fi internet Access (Charge)
* The above rates are inclusive of breakfast and subject to 10% service charge and applicable
* Extra person charge (floor bed) Baht 650net (not available in Cottages) include with breakfast

Compulsory Gala Dinner
* Compulsory New Year's Eve Gala Dinner (31 December)

- THB 1,750 per child (no charge for children under 3 years old)
* Compulsory Christmas Eve Gala Dinner (24 December)
- THB 2,500 per person
- THB 1,250 per child (no charge for children under 3 years old)

Check In - Check Out
* Check-in time after 14:00 hrs and Check-out time before 12:00 hrs. (noon)
* Early Check-in and late Check-out are subject to room availability. The Resort will do its best to have rooms available for early arrival when notified.
* Late Check-out on the scheduled departure day is subject to room availability. For guests using the room on the scheduled departure day from 12:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs will be charged 50% of the room rate. Guests using the room on the scheduled departure date after 17:00 hrs will be charged 100% of the room rate.
* No-shows or early check-out or unused nights will be charged for the entire reservation.

Cancellations / Reduce the Night Stay

No Show or Early Check In - Out
* Will be charged 100% all of period.

Airport transfer from/to Phuket  International Airport
* By private van/car is Baht 750net per car per way, maximum 3 persons per van/car.
